How to keep the peace after war: the League of Nations in the 1920s.

Dear All,

We are going into the League of Nations fully, now. Here’s our assignment.

Read the chapter on the League (pages 229 to 235).

Answer the questions in the slideshare (Up to point 5) on a separate sheet of paper in your folders.

Now, watch the prezi to complete your reading and have a more global view of the League’s work during the decade of 1920.

Finally, you will work in groups.

Each group will prepare an INFOGRAPHIC on one of the conflicts of the League. Your infographics must include AT LEAST 1 (one) source on the topic analysed.

1. VILNA

2. UPPER SILESIA

3. AALAND ISLANDS

4. CORFU

5. THE GENEVA PROTOCOL

6. BULGARIA

7.  LIVING & WORKING CONDITIONS

8. DISARMAMENT

9. THE LOCARNO TREATIES & THE KELLOG BRIAND PACT
